On our previous system, we had Email Aliases that for all intents and purposes is the same thing on our new system, only it’s combined with Email Forwarding.
You can set up as many addresses as you wish that are forwarded to anywhere you want, but usually these would be sent to your ‘main’ Email address for your domain.
For example, if you want people to be able to send Email to:
You don’t need set up separate Email Accounts for these addresses. Just go to the Mail section in the cPanel and select ‘Forwarders’. Fill out the information in the box so that mail to info@YOURDOMAIN.COM is sent to username@YOURDOMAIN.COM (or any other Email address you wish it to be sent to). Do the same for Sales, Orders and any other Email name you wish to use.
