Our Web Design Work Flow

We work with you to find out what your needs are for your site and what you want to accomplish. We do this either in person, on the phone or in Email. We can also communicate with you via Skype or other means upon request.

Once we have an outline of what’s expected and your preferences, we go to work creating your site. When it’s ready, we show it to you in a password protected area so that you can offer suggestions for changes and once you’re happy, the site is made live.

For most design work, payment is not required until the site is finished and made live. Occasionally with larger jobs, we may request partial payment in advance. We accept PayPal, credit cards (via PayPal), and for Australians, will also accept bank deposit and cheques.

We will only develop and launch sites on our own servers. This is to ensure reliability and avoid pitfalls of server limitations.

As we are a small business, we know each of our clients on a first name basis. This is one of the areas where the ‘personal touch’ can make a difference between having an ordinary website and one that really shines.
